- Deposit:
A Deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of reservation. The balance of the
total hire charge must be paid on the day of your departure.
- Deposit Policy:
- Deposits paid on hires 6 week or more in advance are fully refundable within 14 days.
- Deposits are transferable to alternate dates if 6 weeks notice is given before the date of the original hire.
- 3 transfers allowed within 2 years before loss of deposit.
- Transfers with given notice of between 2 and 6 weeks incur a $300.00 fee.
- Transfers not allowed with lass than 2 weeks notice.
- Cancellations are allowed with more than 2 weeks notice. A cancellation fee of $300.00 applies.
- Cancellations of less than 2 weeks notice incur a $500.00 cancellation fee.
- At our discretion we may allow a transfer outside these guidleines under certain circumstances.
- Security Bond:
A refundable security bond of $1000 is required prior to departure. This will be refunded within 7 days,
less any deductions for loss or damage.
- Payment:
Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and Eftpos.
- Insurance:
All boats are fully insured under a marine policy.
- Hire Times:
Commence 1pm first day and terminate 9am on last day. During winter season you must leave the marina by
3:00pm & summer season by 4:00pm.
- The Letting:
The letting is made on the understanding that the boat is placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date
booked unless the management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances.
In this case all monies paid will be refunded in full. However, the hirer shall have no claim on any account
against the management. No firearms allowed on board.
- Fuel:
A fee of $30 per motoring hour applies to cover the cost of fuel and gas (most average 2 hrs a day
motoring).
- Age:
At least 1 person per group must be over the age of 21.
- Pets:
Sorry no pets allowed. There are animal boarding kennels 3km south of Bulahdelah.
- Restrictions:
You have full access to the Myall Lakes (3 times the size of Sydney Harbour). No access to Tea Gardens
(Tamboy).
